Simon is the Founder and Principal Consultant at PetroLex Consulting, where he leads a multidisciplinary team delivering strategic, technical, and legal advisory services across the oil and gas value chain.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Petroleum Engineering and a Master’s degree in Oil and Gas Law, a unique combination that enables him to bridge the gap between engineering operations and regulatory compliance in the energy sector.

With years of experience in both technical consulting and regulatory advisory, Simon has worked with clients ranging from exploration and production companies to energy investors and government agencies. His expertise spans project development, field optimization, contract management, and regulatory frameworks, ensuring that every project aligns with both operational efficiency and legal integrity.
